Taco Soup

1 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. spanish rice mix
  • 1 pkgl taco seasoning
  • 1 can white hominy
  • 1 can whole kernel yellow corn
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can bush's chili hot beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can delmonti mexican style stewed tomatoes
  •      
     
    Brown the ground chuck. Add water. Add all other ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes or longer. Delicious when served with taco chips, grated cheese and sour cream.
