Layered Indian Dip

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 T. yellow curry powder
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chutney
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 4 green onions, chopped
     
 
Cream together the cheddar, sour cream and curry. Place in a glass baking dish. Mix cream cheese with chutney and layer on top. Sprinkle with green onions, coconut and peanuts. Serve with crackers. Serves 8 to 10.
