Taco Soup
|
- Chicken cubes, fry and season
- Chicken broth, as much as needed
- Baby carrots, cut in half1 onion, chopped
- 1 can kernel corn
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- White corn tortilla chips
- Cheddar and Jack Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Diced Olives
- Guacamole

| Add carrots and onions to chicken broth. Cook until tender. Add corn, seasoning, and zucchini. Cook 3 minutes. Ladle into bowls. Add broken chips, cheeses, and a sm dollop of sour cream and/or guacamole. Top with olives. |
