Taco Soup

  • Chicken cubes, fry and season
  • Chicken broth, as much as needed
  • Baby carrots, cut in half1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can kernel corn
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • White corn tortilla chips
  • Cheddar and Jack Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Diced Olives
  • Guacamole
Add carrots and onions to chicken broth. Cook until tender. Add corn, seasoning, and zucchini. Cook 3 minutes. Ladle into bowls. Add broken chips, cheeses, and a sm dollop of sour cream and/or guacamole. Top with olives.
