Cut the core out of the cabbage and soak in vinegar and boiling water until the leaves come off. Mix hamburger, pork, rice, onion, salt and pepper. Fill the leaves with the mixture, roll up and place in a greased roaster. Add 3 cups of water. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees. Pour the cream and tomato soup over the cabbage rolls and continue baking for another 30 minutes.
