Brown sausage and ground meat, crumbling and drain. Add spices, bouillon, water, worchestershire and honey. Let simmer about an hour so flavors blend. Add more worchestershire or honey to taste. This dish is lightly sweet. Remove cloves and bay leaves and add enough bread crumbs to soak up rest of liquid. Serve hot. If you miss a clove, just remember, it was good luck to find this one in your meal.
