Chocolate Chess Pie

- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 T. plain flour
- 3 T. cocoa
- 3 T. melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 graham cracker pie shell
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a graham cracker shell 30-40 minutes. Serve this fabulous, rich pie with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. |
