Nancy's Breaded Chicken

- 1 whole chicken - cut up in pieces
- salt
- pepper
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper cut up chicken. Mix the bread crumbs, cheese and oregano together. Dip every piece of chicken in the butter then coat it with the bread crumb/cheese mixture. Use your hands, it's messy but you'll get the best coverage. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour. Mmmmmmm good! Serve with "Fresh Squash Casserole" also in this cookbook on page 117. |
