Old Fashioned Bread Pudding

- 10 slices of Bread
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 2 boxes Raisins
- 1 tbs (each) Cinnamon/Nutmeg
- 1 tbs Vanilla
- 1 cup Carnation milk
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 2 Eggs
Preheat oven 350° In a large bowl shred bread into small pieces. Add: sugar,raisins,eggs,milk,vanilla, cinnamon & nutmeg. Stir mixture; Place in baking pan (9x13) Bake 30 min or until fluffy. Serves 12 |
