Upside-down Pizza

- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can or jar (15 1/2 oz.) pizza sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 T. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef and onion. Blend in pizza sauce, garlic salt and oregano. Put mixture in greased 9 X 13 pan and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. In small bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil, salt and flour. Pour over meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 30 minutes. Add other things as desired. |
