Apricot Bars

- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. oats
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 12 oz. jar apricot preserves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add oats and sugar, mixing well. Cut in butter until crumbly. Pat 2/3 of mixture in lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Spread preserves over crust, top with remaining crumbs. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely and cut into bars. |
