Coke Roast

- 3-4 bl roast
- 16 oz Coke
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 2 carrots cut
- 2 potatoes quartered
- 2 sticks celery cut
Put roast in covered pan. Spread soups over roast. Pour in Coke. Add vegetables. Cover and bake at 325 for 3 1/2 hours or at 250 for around 6-8 hours. |
