Come to the Table Caring...sharing...thru cooking
By: Nancy Montross - Beef sirloin (2-3 lbs.)
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 c. Mozola oil
- pineapple chunks
- red and/or green peppers
Cube sirloin into 1 inch pieces. Mix salsa, lemon pepper, garlic powder, season salt and oil in heavy plastic bag. Add sirloin cubes and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Alternate sirloin cubes, pineapple and pepper pieces on skewers. Grill over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn occasionally. |
