Pineapple Cobbler

- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
Melt butter in a baking dish. Combine milk, sugar and flour and mix well. Pour over melted butter but do not stir. Pour pineapple and juice over flour mixture but do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. |
