Description: A compilation of 323 recipes in a beautiful and colorful soft cover of red, black and lime green and is bound with a black plastic comb binding that will allow the cookbook to lie flat and stay open. It is designed with spoons and forks and a cluster of cherries on the title note, easily identified as a cookbook.

Funds raised support: Proceeds go to the Women's Ministries who support Hillcrest Children's Home in Hot Springs, Ar; Longdale Youth Camps in Longdale, Ok; and Stephen Kuert, Missionary to Burundi, Africa. Women's Ministries provide food, clothing and shelter for each, depending on the need.

• 3 lg. cans chicken
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 small can green chilies
• 1 small carton sour cream (8-oz.)
• 1 small package sliced mushrooms
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 cups cheddar cheese
• 1 pkg. medium flour tortillas

Saute mushrooms and onions. Add soups, sour cream, green chilies and 1 cup cheese. Heat until melted. Drain water from chicken into sauce to desired consistency and add small amount of sauce to chicken to make stick together. Roll into tortillas and place in pan. Add remaining cheese sauce and shredded cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
