Description: A collection of recipes by St. Mary's Parish in Lynn, Massachusetts in celebration of our 150th Anniversary.

Funds raised support: Funds raised will support our completed Steeple Renovation Project, which we received the "Devotion Award" from the City of Lynn. Our cookbook is only $12 each, so please consider making a donation with each book purchased. Thank you in advance for your contributions.

plus $3 S/H per book.

• 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 c. zucchini, sliced
• 1/2 c. yellow squash, sliced
• 1/2 c. onion, sliced
• 1/2 c. carrot, sliced
• 1/2 c. broccoli spears
• 1 T. fresh garlic, minced
• 2 tsp. olive oil
• 2-3 small cans tomato sauce
• 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
• 1/2 to 1 c. water or white wine
• grated parmesan cheese, reduced fat
• 16 oz. thin spaghetti

Sauté garlic, onion, mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, broccoli lightly in olive oil in non-stick pan. Add tomato sauce, water (or wine) and Italian seasoning. Simmer over medium to low heat until vegetables are tender. Cook spaghetti according to directions and pour sauce over when both are done. Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 6.
