Also included are recipes that were submitted by family members and published in "The Prairie Chapel United Methodist Church Centennial Cook Book 1872-1972."
Description: This cookbook is a culmination of many years of family cooking history, also included is a history of the Bowen family in Iowa, and a brief genealogy of both the Bowen and Silver family. This book includes the most favorite recipes taken from Mom's card file and relatives who kept handwritten spiral notebooks. After receiving her cookbook my daughter-in-law sent me this text, "Love, Love, Love the cookbook, can't put it down. All the recipes I have been looking for and now I have them tried and true!"
