Potatoes La La

- 5 lbs. red potatoes
- 1/2 c. real butter
- 8-oz pkg. cream cheese
- 8-oz. ctn. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped, crisp bacon (optional)
- Pimentos (optional)
- Chives (optional)
Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain. Mix in butter, cream cheese and sour cream. Add optional ingredients, as desired. Beat with mixer until smooth. Put in 9x13" pan. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly. Can be made ahead and cooked when you are ready to serve. |
