Description: Family favorites

Cost: $15.00

• 1 lb peanut brittle
• 1 lb. vanilla wafers
• 1 pt. whipping cream
• 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 1 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 8x12-inch dish

Crush the peanut brittle;break up vanilla wafers. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Flavor with vanilla and powdered sugar. Stir 1/2 peanut brittle into whipping cream. Layer with wafers, whipping cream mixture and peanut brittle. Repeat the layers. Very rich.
