Dutch Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

- 5c Rhubarb-cut up
- 2c Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- Dash of Cinnamon
- 2 Drops Red Food Coloring
- 1c Strawberries

- Topping:
- 3/4c Butter
- 3-1/2c Flour
- 1-1/2c Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 c Brown Surar
Put all Pie Ingredients in a microwave bowl. Cook in microwave until mixture is thick and tender. Pour into unbaked pie crust and cover with the Dutch Topping. Bake 350 for about 1 hour or until golden brown. for topping, mix all together until crumbly. |
