Description: A collection of recipes by supporters of the Pride of Atoka Band and Color Guard. This is a unique collection of recipes from students as well as parents, grandparents, sponsors and teachers.

Funds raised support: The Pride of Atoka Marching Band and Color Guard. Some of the ways we support the Pride of Atoka are - purchasing instruments, buying uniforms, paying contest entry fees, assisting with football games and helping with band and color guard camps. We are growing a love for music, one child at a time!

Cost: $10.00
plus $6.00 S/H per book.

• 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
• 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, cut up and softened
• 2 coups chopped, cooked chicken breast
• 8 8-inch flour tortillas
• 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 pint whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Rotel and saute 1 minute. Stir in cream cheese and chicken and cook, stirring constantly until cream cheese melts. Spoon 2-3 Tablespoons of chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up tortillas and place, seam side down, in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese and drizzle with whipping cream. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take off foil and cook for another 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
