Rocky Horrors

- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 c. dry roasted peanuts
- 1 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
- 2 t. butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 10 oz. mini marshmallows
Combine chocolate chips, milk and butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat when melted and stir in vanilla and nuts. Let mixture cool. In a large bowl, add marshmallows to cooled chocolate mixture. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with waxed paper and spread evenly in pan. chill 2 hrs. remove from pan and cut into bite-sized squares. |
