Calico Beans

- 1 lb. hamburger (we now substitute ground turkey)
- 1 lb. bacon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbl. vinegar
- 1 large can pork & beans (or B&M beans)
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can kidney beans
Brown hamburger and bacon and drain off fat. Combine all ingredients into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. I like to place in corckpot on high, then lowering temperature when it bubbles. |
