Hot Artichoke & Spinach Dip

- 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped.
- 1 (9-11oz.) pkg. frozen creamed spinach, thawed
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 sm. garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 c. fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- red bell pepper, diced (optional)
- chips
Place artichokes in a small bowl. Add spinach, mayonnaise and sour cream, mix. Add garlic and grated cheese and mix well. Spoon into small baking dish. Bake 375° for 20 - 25 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with bell pepper. Serve with chips. Yield: 2 cups |
