Favorite Recipe
No-crust Coconut Pie

- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
Combine milk, sugar, eggs, Bisquick, butter and vanilla. Mix on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup coconut. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Spread remaining coconut on top. |
