Description: A Taste of Heaven is a collection of old and new recipes from our congregation, family and community.

Funds raised support: Funds raised fund and support our children's church & youth. Our youth is our future and our youth leaders work very hard to educate our youth about Christ and they make sure the children have plenty of team building events that help keep our children off the streets.

Cost: $10.00
plus $2.00 S/H per book.

• 1 1/2 c corn flake, crushed
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp onion salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 2 eggs, beat
• 2 1/2 to 3 lb chicken, cut up, skinned
• 1/3 c butter, melted

Combine first 6 ingredients and set aside 1/2 cup. Store the rest of mix in air tight container for later. Combine milk, eggs. Dip chicken in egg mixture and roll in corn flakes. Place chicken on shallow pan and drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 1 hr. Make sure chicken is completely done and serve.
