• 1 (15oz.) can Turkey Chili(with Beans).
• "1/2" (15oz) can Black-eyed Peas/drained
• "1/2" (15oz) can Sweet Corn/drained
• "1/2" (16oz) can White Kidney Beans & Liquid
• "1/2" (11oz) can Cheddar Chees Soup/"Don't" add liquid!
• 1 (15oz) can Diced Tomatoes & Juices
• 4 Mushrooms / cut in 1/2 & sliced "thick"
• 1 sm. Onion / chopped 'thick"
• 1/4 tsp.Garlic Powder
• 1/4 tsp. Oregano
• 1/4 tsp. sage
• Whole -Grain pasta/pre-cooked

In large saucepan: combine can of Chile, tomatoes/juices, onions, Mushrooms, Peas/drained, Kidney Beans/liquid, "1/2" can of Cheese Soup. Don't add any liquid!sprinkle garlic powder & Herbs across the top. blend lightly. Cover. "simmer' / on lowest setting for '30" minutes.
