Special Features: The Lane Fair Association is celebrating their 130th Anniversary of providing the county fair in Lane Kansas.

Description: The recipes in this cookbook were collected from the citizens in the Lane community. Some are treasured family keepsakes and some are new, however, they all reflect the love of cooking. We hope you will enjoy the many outstanding and treasured recipes in the cookbook.

Funds raised support: This is the primary fund raising event for this year to help support the County Fair, the biggest event of the year in Lane, Kansas. All proceeds from sales of this cookbook will go to the Lane Fair Association for the benefit of the community. We thank you for your support.

Cost: $12.00
plus $3.00 S/H per book.

• 2 lbs. Hamburger
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c salsa
• 2 T dry onion
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 t salt
• 1 t chili powder
• pepper to your taste
• 1 T Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 to 1 c oatmeal

Mix all ingredients together and put in whatever size pan you want. Bake at 350° until done. Last 15 minutes take out and cover top with ketchup. Return to oven to set ketchup.
