Oreo Cookie Dessert Balls

- 1 pkg oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Crush cookies (leaving some small chunks), saving approximately 1/4 cup of finely crushed cookies. Combine crushed cookies with cream cheese and mix well. Roll mixture into small balls. Melt chocolate chips, then dip balls, covering completely. Place on wax paper or aluminum foil, sprinkle with saved crushed cookies, let harden. Store in airtight container. |
