Favorite Recipe

Fruit Pizza

  • 1 Pillsbury pie crust, at room temperature
  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • Powdered Sugar, to taste
  • Fresh fruit: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, etc.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a round pizza pan, spread crust over bottom of pan all the way to the edges; then prick with fork. Bake in a preheated oven until lightly browned. Allow to cool. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar, sweeten to taste; then spread over cooled pie crust. Top with sliced fresh strawberries, peeled and sliced kiwi, blueberries and grapes. Arrange as desired.
