There are recipes from Children's Mercy staff, West Peculiar Fire Protection District, Freefall Express skydivers, Sprint employees, Ericsson employees, a Raymore Journal Reporter, Gregory G's Barbeque, New Dinner Theatre, Ft. Osage teachers, Church friends, family members and many other friends.

Funds raised support: Funds will help support the Children's Mercy Hospitals and Clinics Jennifer Collins Nursing Scholarship Fund. This scholarship was established to benefit Children's Mercy nurses who want to continue their education. In this way, Jennifer's legacy of helping people who needed her will continue.

Dirt Cake

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 3 c milk
  • 2 sm pkg vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 12 oz tub Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg Oreos, crushed

Cream together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, milk, pudding and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. In a 9 x 13 serving dish, spread half of the crushed Oreos on the bottom. Spread cream cheese filling over the Oreos and top with the remaining Oreos. Refrigerate until serving.
