Hockaday's Homestyle Potato Salad
By: Barbara Hockaday High - In Memory of her husband: David High, Sr. - 5 Large Potatoes
- 6 Large Eggs
- 1/3 c. Onions
- Mayonnaise (to taste)
- Sweet Salad Cubes (to taste)
- Pinch Sugar
- Pinch Mustard
- Celery Seed, sprinkle (optional)
- Paprika
Peel and dice potatoes. Put them in a large pot on stove and boil until done (you can stick a fork through them). In another pot, boil eggs. Drain potatoes, peel eggs, and put them in a large bowl. Add onions, mayonnaise, sweet salad cubes, sugar, mustard and stir thoroughly. You may sprinkle with celery seed, and stir. Sprinkle paprika on the top. |
